Where We Ship

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs

We're pleased to offer free delivery on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Processing & Dispatch Times

As every item is custom-made to order using 3D printing technology, please allow time for production before dispatch. Orders are typically printed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 5–8 working days of your order being placed.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, orders are estimated to arrive within 3–5 working days. Please note that during busy periods — such as holidays or peak seasons — delivery may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. If tracking information is available, it will be included in that e-mail.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy
