Refund Policy
Within 14 days of receiving your order, Logun Custom Gifts offers a returns service, provided the item is in its original condition. Returns will be processed within 2 working days of receiving your request.
Refunds will not be accepted without prior approval from our Customer Service team. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return address. We cannot be held responsible for items returned to an incorrect address without our confirmation.
Full Refund: We offer a full refund for any item that arrives defective or damaged due to an error on our part. As all our products are custom-made using 3D printing technology, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can assess the issue. Damage caused by third parties or the customer is not eligible for a refund.
Partial Refund: Customers will receive a partial refund for returned items if any original components are missing, stained, or damaged upon receipt. Please provide detailed photographic evidence and our team will get back to you within 48 hours.
Returns Policy
Design, Size & Personalisation Changes
As all Logun Custom Gifts products are made to order using 3D printing, we are unable to cancel or amend your order once production has begun — this includes the printing and finishing stages. Cancellations or changes after production has started will incur a 40% restocking fee on the item price, as the bespoke nature of our products means they cannot be resold. This fee typically covers raw materials, labour, and handling costs.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please e-mail us at logun.gifts@loguncustomgifts.com with your order number, your current delivery address, and the new address you'd like us to use. We can make address changes right up until your order leaves our workshop!
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us at logun.gifts@loguncustomgifts.com with clear photographs showing the issue. As our products are individually 3D printed and go through a strict quality inspection before dispatch, we take these matters very seriously. We will offer a full refund for errors on our part. In cases where damage has occurred due to factors beyond our control (such as weather or transit conditions), we will work with you to arrange a fair partial refund.
Cancellations
As every item is custom-made to order using 3D printing, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once production has started.
