Logun Custom Gifts is a UK-based business specialising in personalised, made-to-order gifts produced using 3D printing technology, registered at 38 St Lucia Park, Bordon, England, GU35 0LB.
2. Our Products
All products sold by Logun Custom Gifts are custom-made to order. As each item is individually designed and 3D printed based on your specifications, please be aware that:
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur between orders due to the nature of 3D printing.
- Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact final product.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all personalisation details (names, photos, sizes, etc.) submitted at the time of ordering are correct.
3. Ordering
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Once your order is confirmed, production will begin promptly. As our products are made to order, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once production has started. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We offer free delivery on all orders with no minimum spend required. Estimated delivery times are 5–8 working days from dispatch. During busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Logun Custom Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
As all our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind.
We will, however, offer a full refund or replacement if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective due to an error on our part.
- You receive the wrong item.
All refund requests must be approved by our Customer Service team before any item is returned. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. For full details, please refer to our [Refund Policy].
7. Cancellations
Cancellations requested after production has begun will incur a 40% restocking fee on the item price, to cover the cost of materials, printing time, and handling. This applies to all custom and personalised orders.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and product designs, is the property of Logun Custom Gifts and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
By submitting personalisation content (such as photos or names), you confirm that you have the right to use such content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Logun Custom Gifts accepts no liability for content submitted by customers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logun Custom Gifts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
